Review Of "Cheat Your Way Thin" system.

The "Cheat Your Way Thin" diet is a carbohydrate cycling diet.  With this diet, you have a "cheat" day at the end of every week where you can eat whatever you want to make sure your body does not adapt to the diet.
 
The main part of this "cheat" diet product is the 53 page manual which takes you through the whole system.  In addition, it also offers an audio file.  I suggest that before you begin reading the manual, that you should listen to the Gamechanger audio file which is only 17 minutes long since it explains a bit of the science behind the "Cheat Your Way This" system to you.  In addition, you might also want to listen to the confessions audio file too since it is only 7 minutes long, however, it also provides you with insight to how the author came up with the "Cheat Your Way Thin" system.
 
Once you have listened to the audio files, you can dive straight into the main guide and learn about the 3 phases of the diet.  The first phase lasts for 3 weeks, then a 2nd phase which is only one week long but you keep repeating it.  The 3rd phase is a maintenance phase which is how you maintain your new slimmer figure from then on.  The 2nd phase has 5 different versions because we all react differently to carbohydrates, so you can try each one out until you find the one which gets you the best results.  This is sort of a nice touch since most diets would just give you one version and force you to use that version.
 
Essentially, the "Cheat Your Way Thin" diet system is made up of just 3 different days where you eat different things, for instance one is very few carbs, then low GI food, and the last one is high GI food, the phases then mix these days up in a way which is supposed to promote weight loss.  Oh, and as I mentioned, you do have the cheat day each week as well which is a 4th type of day!
 
In addition, you get 3 exercise workouts included in the "Cheat Your Way Thin" system which are 20 – 25 minutes long each.  Exercise is only discussed briefly.  So do not worry!  All in all the "Cheat Your Way Thin" guide is very good and contains lots of information.  However, it does seem to be missing some information such as the
"Cheat Your Way This" guide asks you about two things which are not even discussed in the guide so you could not answer.
 
In the "Cheat Your Way Thin" guide you are given an easy way to know what size portions you need of certain foods.  The "Cheat Your Way Thin" guide then tells you exactly how many portions of carb/protein/fat you should be eating for the meals on each of the 3 different days.  The "Cheat Your Way Thin" guide also provides you with a lists of the different kind of foods you can eat to make up your portions of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
 
Also included in the "Cheat Your Way Thin" system is a file with some sheets you can print out that will remind you what you should be eating on each day and how much of each food type.  A good feature I think, is that you can take this audio file which talks about how you can still eat healthily when you go out to a restaurant or go travelling, and thus keep yourself motivated.
 
In addition, the "Cheat Your Way Thin" system offers you an upgraded package if you wish.  I cannot provide information on this package since I found the basic package to be fine!
